Deliveries

We ship all our online orders via Australia Post. From the time you place your order til the time it is delivered is usually between 3 - 5 business days. Please note delivery times are subject to your location as some remote areas may take up to 7 - 10 business days to receive deliveries.

PO box deliveries

We can not deliver to P. O boxes of any kind. This includes APO boxes

International delivery

If you would like to ship internationally, please send us an email and we can organise rates and delivery from there. As we are a small business we do not currently have the volumes to set up a regular international shipping account.

Australian delivery

We provide a flat rate for shipping of $10 for Standard Shipping and $15 for Express Shipping, Australia wide. We use Australia Post for all Australian orders. Australia Post usually takes between 1-3 business days for express delivery and 5-6 business days for standard delivery. As we are shipping from the South West of WA and not Perth, deliveries may take an extra day to be delivered.

Addresses provided

We highly recommend supplying a business address for all orders. This is the safest and most secure option. If you are selecting a home address, please make sure that someone will be home to receive your parcel. It is much safer and easier to provide an address where someone will be there to sign and collect your order.

Shipping delays

If there is an issue with your order before it has been shipped, we will get in contact with you within 2 business days. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, we will get in contact with you within 2 business days with information of the delay of shipping.

You will either be contacted by the email or phone number that you provide with submission of your order.

Has your order been shipped?

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details, including the date of shipment and any tracking details within 2 business days.
